Oh boy, this is a tough one!
I think my first instinct would be to say to stop biting my nails,
but I think that's too easy!
I want to get deeper then that!
I want to stop talking myself down.
I don't give myself enough credit in what I do.
I have a problem thinking I'm not good enough for anything
and that has lead to some really low self esteem!
That's the bad habit I'd like to kick!

I think that's really insightful. I agree that for me negative self-talk is definitely a problem that I am working on. To be positive lol, I am MUCH better than I was several years ago. GIVE YOURSELF A BREAK!!

I think that's an excellent bad habit to kick -- it's one I'm working on too. I'm my own worst critic and can be so hard on myself, even though I shouldn't be.
